AAC: Step to Innovate Construction Technology
With this thought, we have come up with providing Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks, customized panels, and wailing solutions manufactured in the most eco-friendly manner and thus provide faster construction with minimal harm to the environment. The eco-friendly manner in which the AAC blocks are constructed has the competency of the natural components like wood in terms of heating capacity, strength, and functions.
The manufacturing processes of AAC blocks do not have any degrading impacts on the environment neither do they contaminate the soil or land, it majorly consumes fly ash and limits the emission of Carbon dioxide. In many ways, the AAC blocks can serve more efficiently than the usual standard bricks, as they are durable, strong, and eco-friendly. Moreover, they speed up the pace of construction due to their quick installation as we may shape them up on-site and easily install them.
Comparing them with the conventional bricks, an additional advantage is that they are used for exterior as well as interior constructional purposes such as - blocks, panels, floors, and cladding solutions. In such wide applications, they can extend better fire resistance, support insulation and structure. Using AAC blocks, the cost of constructing towering buildings can come down to an economical level as by using AAC blocks that can bear with high thermal variation they would require less steel.
